Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a

Business Analyst Planisware (f/m) to join our DCB Program Department based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team managing, developing and supporting Planisware application . As part of the myPPM DCBB Team , you will be involved in business analyst activities dedicated to Planisware .

myPPM Product Product Team is part of the Program Product Service Line (PSL). The Program Product Service Line (DCB) has three Products (Integrated Business Planning, Portfolio and Project Management & Customer Aircraft Definition) all managed in Safe.

myPPM Product is the toolset which enables teams managing their Portfolio and Projects, indifferently of their methods (waterfall, hybrid and agile/Safe), processes & sizing.

myPPM product has an end to end accountability from strategy & road map definition in line with company objectives and business needs, solution delivery and support up to decommissioning.

myPPM is gathering around 15 applications for more than 35 000 users across all Airbus-Commercial functions.

The overall myPPM Product is accountable for the following:

  • Enable Airbus Commercial Programmes and Functions teams to deliver the IT solutions for Portfolio and Project management and Report performance,

  • Supports the implementation of the CoC Portfolio and Project management methodologies in Airbus Commercial,

  • Develop a global offer for Portfolio and Project management needs from classic project management to full Agile, from global reporting to local team alignment,

  • Accountable for end-users satisfaction (tools themselves plus associated user experience for all level of users),

  • Enable the deployment of Agile approaches throughout Airbus and Airbus divisions thanks to tools, methods and expertise.

Your challenges:

  • Collect and challenge business needs

  • Responsible for writing functional specifications from business requirements

  • Coordinate and monitor functional tests of Planisware development & E2E interfaces

  • Actively participate in refinements/workshops

  • Ensure the quality of application developments by setting up processes and a coverage matrix ﴾from need to test﴿

  • Be the functional referent on "Planisware" applications

  • Ensure the functional skills development of team members (development and support)

  • Backup of the Scrum Master

  • Support the development of the IM Planisware expertise

  • You are part of a multinational Support & Development team. You will work with different profiles of people; from the end user to the product owner, including different technical teams. You need to be comfortable in communication, synthetic.

Your boarding pass:

  • 5 Min years of professional experience

  • Education in Information System

  • 3 years minimum experience with the application Planisware

  • Planisware expertise

    • Business analyst for Planisware functionalities

    • Functionalities testing

    • PPM knowledge

    • Technical competence to support interfaces analysis, architecture

    • Support to RUN (how do I, small evolves, help support team)

  • Business Analyst certified

  • Agile :

    • Scrum master (for backup purpose)

    • SAFe certified & experienced

    • Basic knowledge of tools like Jira or Version One

  • Basic technical knowledge :

    • SQL (PostgreSQL)

    • Basic Javascript, python, linux shell

    • Basic knowledge of linux

    • Basic Web Services technologies

    • AWS cloud knowledge is a plus

  • You are perfectly comfortable working in written and spoken English and French

  • You are able to organize your work according to the circumstances and quality is a priority for you.

  • You are naturally curious, and benevolent, you like to share your knowledge

The position is graded IIIA
